The name ABYDOS comes from one of the most ancient pilgrimage sites in the world. Located in Egypt, this pilgrimage site was considered the location of the resurrection of the Egyptian God Osirus. Complex ceremonies were performed for the high initiates of sacred priesthoods, and some believe that many rites of passage were done under water. |
| ABYDOS offers state-of-the-art equipment, for the ideal floatation experience in an environment suited for deep contemplation and rejuvenation. Float time is rented out at 15 minute increments and the hourly rate reflects discounts for longer float sessions. Floating time can also be purchased in advance, at a discounted rate. Repeat floaters are encouraged to join the private membership with the National Health Association, to take advantage of all the extras that come with membership such as equipment and products that optimize the float experience both before and after the float. |
